Dear friend, Only unused and unopened adult products purchased from our store are eligible for return. Please ensure that the packaging and labels are intact. Please read the following policy carefully.
If you are not satisfied with your INHAPX, you may return it within 7 days upon delivery date. Returned merchandise must be unopened and INHAPX will not refund the shipping fee to you. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If you receive the product and do not want it, no matter what the reason, you must ensure that the product has not been unsealed before allowing the return
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- If you receive the product, the inner packaging is broken, the product is exposed. Please take a photo to record and, contact our after-sales staff for return or exchange!
- If you receive our product, it is broken, can not be enabled, etc., please record the video and contact our after-sales personnel for return or exchange!
Please also ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was when you received it. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria.

After we receive and inspect the equipment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days if it meets our return criteria.
